This was a gift for my husband, and he uses it every pizza night! It also just looks really cool and has a nice heavy weight and feel in your hand. We love it!
I purchased this to give as part of my family's Secret Santa exchange. We picked an "Apocalypse" these this year, and it totally fit the bill. It's hilarious and so cool looking, but my giftee said it works like a dream on top of that! He said it was "crazy sharp"! I originally ordered a similar knife on Etsy but the seller bailed on me last minute, and this knife was able to get to my giftee, despite being ordered less than a week before Christmas. This is branded as a pizza cutter folks if you want to shave with it get out your stone and sharpen it!The weight is perfect and the handle is sturdy.Bought a bunch of frozen pizzas to try it out right away.Love it!
I was hesitant to order one of these because the other brands get bad reviews for quality of workmanship. This Pizza Axe is great quality, heavy, sharp, and a great gift. I mill my own wood and know what a good axe looks like. This is an axe you won't be ashamed to gift. Sure, it costs more than the other brands, but this one is awesome right out of the box. Be careful, because it is sharp, and absolutely not a utensil for someone who doesn't know how to use hand tools safely.
